Commercial data use
Know when free use ends and a Commercial Agreement begins.
Direct use, evaluation, research, citation, internal tooling, and machine querying through the public endpoint are free. Production reliance, redistribution, or embedding the corpus in a product made available to third parties requires commercial review.
Good fit
- A GRC platform will ship EveryAILaw-derived records to customers.
- A compliance agent will rely on or redistribute corpus content in production.
- A vendor needs a scoped, attributable data right beyond the free endpoint.
Not required for
- Internal evaluation, research, citation, and direct public API or MCP queries.
- An organization importing public records only for its own internal tooling.
- An agent merely linking a user to EveryAILaw source pages.
Prepare a human-reviewed request
Include your organization, product or service, intended data use, distribution scope, and a contact authorized to review terms. No agreement exists until humans with authority approve it.
