Monthly Subscription

EveryAILaw Monitoring is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Pricing and currency are shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support at support@everyailaw.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Access After Cancellation

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, canceled subscriptions remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Draft default: fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where EveryAILaw Pro determines, in its discretion, that a refund is appropriate because of duplicate billing, technical error, or failure to provide the paid service.

Customers should contact support promptly about billing errors, delivery failures, or service availability issues so they can be investigated and resolved. Support requests should be sent to support@everyailaw.com.

Attorney Review Question

Counsel should decide whether the final launch policy should be no-refund, prorated, 30-day money-back, or case-by-case, taking into account SaaS subscription norms, card network expectations, and target customer jurisdictions.
